​What do you need?

A good connection to the internet 
- 
A private area where you will not be disturbed 
- 
Web camera, speakers, microphone (may already be built into laptop or device) 
- 
Time before the session to ensure you are comfortable and not rushing into the session 
- 
Time after the session. Counselling can bring up a host of emotions and it is important to give yourself some time before going back to everyday life.
